      Pros

      When I first started to work here the hours, work environment, and pay were all great, and the management was very honest and forthcoming about any issues going on. The people who work here are also very friendly, and the work is not demanding at all.

      Cons

      The management doesn't care at all about whether you get paid on time, and they will try to cheat you out of your commission. Also the upper management is very dishonest about the spiffs that they will run, and they play heavy favorites with certain agents.

      Pros

      Unlimited over time, paid time off, flexible schedule, easy to make up your time if you aren't able to make your hours

      Cons

      You can't make sales with out calls.....long term employees get over looked no contribution to 401k, it's merely a savings account
