      Fast paced environment, tons of opportunity for growth, friendly family oriented staff, work life balance, a ton of freedom to learn and grow, multiple state locations, great company growth patterns, personal financial growth ability, online management training program, and benefits

      Cons

      Middle Management is a little weak and needs improved talent. Communication is difficult due to growth patterns. Finding large amount of entry level talent is extremely difficult. Client requirements limit progress at times.

      Relatively steady job with steady income Good commission Not a physically demanding job Benefits (health, dental, etc.) Relatively nice co-workers Good training Sometimes there are cool spiffs/incentives

      Dirty workplace Slow wi-fi (sometimes no wi-fi) Prolonged employment may cause hearing loss and/or problems with posture, joint pain, etc. Annoying supervisors Supervisors don't know much about the products/services/updates Boring, tedious, repetitive Lots of transfers, customer complaints Can't leave workstation after a certain time of day Forced to pitch outdated products No real opportunity for job growth Not paid for breaks/lunches Scheduled breaks/lunches Forced to call people at absurd times of the day and holidays Commission cut when you miss work Disappointing leads Sometimes bothered on your days off to work Have to work 6 day work weeks without overtime pay Arbitrary accusations of "burning leads"
