Pros

Fun atmosphere, plethora of supervisors and team leads to assist with issues. Ability to change from one program to the next to learn new skills.

Cons

Some supervisors shouldn't even be allowed to drive. Schedules are not flexible at all, if you miss hours you must make them up later in the week including on your days off. IT replaces old PCs with even older PCs so they are constantly breaking down, making it hard to find a seat during shift-change.
