Unfriendly culture from the top down. Don’t bother giving suggestions because they shut you down before you can say a word. There is absolutely NO flexibility ask don’t believe them when the say they are. No performance raises and if you get one plan on 1%. Below average pay. No compassion. Ruthless customer service and HR managers.
