Health insurance was ok, not great.

No warning of layoff that was obviously planned in advance, very limited interaction between departments.

Majority of the employees were wonderful. trying to improve culture, pay and benefits were not bad for the industry

Cons

seemed like there was a lot of turn over (better jobs/pay elsewhere). managers are in meetings most of the time. The workload & responsibility on CS area is ridiculous
