Pros

Fast-paced, intellectually stimulating, great equipment. It's satisfying to create something that someone's going to use and find important.

Cons

Insurance has a huge deductible. One of the higher-up managers has a temper and will terminate someone with iffy (aka wrong) information.

Sad But True

Pros

The benefits are not the worst thing and some of the people can be really nice to talk to. But other than that (and this is a stretch to begin with.) there is not much else good to say about working here.

Cons

It's hard to not just say everything in this section. Employees with degrees and valuable skills for the company are underpaid and over worked to no end. The turn over rate for employees is astounding and in positions you need people to be consistent in. You are telling me your CSRs are temps and are rotated so often? No company can expect to have happy customers when doing this just because the quality level of care for each account will vary so drastically from person to person. On top of this in order to get a raise you have to fight tooth and claw for it. Being at the company in my first year as well as receiving what they called a "promotion" I had to fight over even getting a simple yearly review let alone getting a raise. I feel like when you treat educated hard working employees like garbage it just shows you only care about making money and are willing to try and cut any corners you can and this is clearly reflected by all management. As for a business strategy it's very well planned and poorly executed. You promise every customer the world without understanding how production or scheduling works and because of this the company will upset multiple customers and the job overall becomes very stressful no matter what position you hold in the company. On top of this be prepared for plenty of finger pointing for when things go wrong. Instead of working like a team people are more or less persecuted for their actions instead of those being responsible taking respo sibility for what went wrong. (most of the time this is because a person was never trained properly or at all but no one ever points this out.)

Pros

Great co-workers, lots of experience among the staff, ok work hours, ok benefits, some state of the art equipment

Cons

Favoritism, low pay, no raises, poor management, under staffed for the workload, workers stressed from being overworked, no room to advance, poor/lack of training, only worried about bottom line, equipment failures are a daily thing
