Nothing I can clearly think of now, but it has been a few years. It was a post covid era so I'm sure things have changed.

- Good EMEA team of colleagues - very helpful

Cons

- So called 'unlimited' leave is just a scam! Anything about 21-23 days is questioned, while others take 33+ days leave and they call this unlimited. It's very unfair - No transparency from corporate management - Nothing done to retain employees, no reason to stay - Promotions are based on length of stay in company rather than who deserves it. - There has been no salary reviews this entire year, I was promised one after probation and one-two yearly reviews but nothing happened! Even inflation was not accounted to. - People just keep leaving, the work is left to be dealt with between the remaining and it gets too much! - Other regions do a bad job and more work falls on the ones who do well. Please don't apply here.
