Thanks for sharing your OneTrust experience. It's great to hear that your benefits are contributing to your positive experience as a CSM. Our CX team is so important to our organization, and we're lucky to have a Chief Customer Officer who has brought a great perspective to the organization since he joined last year. OneTrust is a dynamic company that's making a huge impact. We move quickly to deliver the right AI-ready governance solutions for our customers. We're still a relatively young organization with a fast-paced environment, and there's a lot of opportunities to grow and learn as we mature. We recognize it's not the right environment for everyone, but for those who are ready to roll up their sleeves and help build a foundation for long-term success, OneTrust is the perfect place to be. We look forward to OneTrust's future as we continue to mature and evolve.

Pros

Nice office in Atlanta to work from

Cons

- managers have no training to properly manage their teams - very low female to men ratio - no enablement or training for how technical the product is - half of the sales leaders leave - 5 people from my team including Director left the company - they hire remotely just to implement a return to office mandate

Thank you for sharing your experience. It's disappointing to learn you didn't enjoy your role at OneTrust. Our Learning & Development team has done a lot of work over the years to continuously improve the onboarding experience using new hire feedback. We are confident that they will continue to tweak the OneTrust Foundations program as necessary as the company evolves so that our employees can be enabled properly. They are also piloting a new Leadership Foundations program for front line managers next month, and we're looking forward to this first session. It's going to be a great opportunity for our people managers across multiple areas of the business to receive training on how to best support their teams. We're excited to see how this program evolves over time as well.

Thanks for sharing your feedback with us. We're pleased to hear you enjoy working at OneTrust. Our teams have done a lot of work to improve our benefits over time, and we continue to make enhancements to the employee experience as we mature as a company. One of those recent enhancements has been to our OneTrust Foundations onboarding program, formerly Bootcamp, for new hires. We continue to get feedback from employees since its revamp last year, and our L&D team will make proper changes based on constructive feedback they receive. Overall, this switch has been extremely positive for our people, and we look forward to additional projects and initiatives in the future that will move the needle for our people and the company.
