Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback. It's great to see you enjoy working at OneTrust! We are proud of the benefits and flexibility we provide to our people. The collaboration with coworkers, available resources, and learning opportunities truly makes OneTrust a great place to work. Like you said, there's a lot of change within the company as we continue adapting to shifts in regulations, technology, and society. It's not the right environment for everyone, but if you thrive in ambiguity, are adaptable, and enjoy building, you'll enjoy a career at OneTrust. Thanks again for your feedback.

Pros

From my experience: 1. Culture: The people, specially the leaders! They are so helpful and inspiring. They have really invested in getting the best of the best; 2. Comp & Benefits: The benefits are great as well as the compensation; 3. Worklife balance.

Cons

Blurred lines between roles and who should do what. For people outside the US many meetings start at 7 pm, 8 pm onwards - is feasible for people with no responsibilities but not if you have other things to attend. Although everyone tries to accommodate their calendars, some important meetings need to happen late and if you miss them, it's really hard to then catch up as the rhythm is hectic.

Thanks for taking the time to write a review! We're glad to see you've had a positive experience at OneTrust so far, especially with our culture, compensation, benefits, and work/life balance. We understand that the differences in time zones that come with a globally-operated company can be challenging. As always, we encourage our people to reach out to their managers or HRBPs with specific feedback and solutions to ongoing challenges so that we can make everyone's experience better! Please know that we will share your feedback with our leadership team, and thank you again for sharing your experience.

Pros

- Unlimited PTO (though you'd be reminded of your usage every time you take time off) - Easy job with lots of downtime

Cons

Being a part of 25% workforce reduction after hearing at every company all-hands how great we're doing, how we're dominating the industry, how we're becoming an employee-first company, just shows that this company should be in fact called NoTrust. The layoff came out of nowhere and I felt backstabbed. Though, even before the layoff I was looking for a new job so I'm great I could at least publicly announce my job search on LinkedIn and land a new and better job quickly.
