Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. While it's great to hear you like the technology and training experience, It's disappointing to learn you didn't enjoy your time at OneTrust. We recognize that a manager can have a huge influence on your role at any company; managers are multipliers. That's why this year, OneTrust has been piloting their first-ever Leadership Foundations program. This 2-day, in-person, cohort-driven experience is meant for people managers to learn how to become influential leaders that coach and enable their teams for success. Our Leadership & Development team has done incredible work so far with the program, and they've received excellent feedback from our participants. We look forward to how this program evolves over time as we continue to hold more sessions for our global team. Best of luck in your career outside of OneTrust!

Cons

Working at OneTrust was one of the most stressful experiences of my career. The management team is poorly organized, and there’s a clear lack of support from team leads and higher-ups. Instead of fostering growth or collaboration, the culture seems to pressure employees into resigning. Feedback is often ignored, and unrealistic expectations are set without proper guidance or resources. Work-life balance is non-existent, and appreciation for hard work is rare. Many talented people end up leaving simply because they feel undervalued and overwhelmed. If you're looking for a healthy, supportive work environment, I would not recommend OneTrust.

Thanks for sharing your feedback. It's disappointing to learn that you haven't enjoyed working at OneTrust. Being a part of our team, especially the Bengaluru R&D team, is an exciting opportunity to work our newest executive leader. We are excited to see how he guides the team and helps us propel our product - and people - forward. OneTrust has also started investing in our middle management population this year more than ever before. Our Leadership & Development team is currently piloting our first-ever manager enablement program, Leadership Foundations. We've had 2 cohorts so far where our people managers have learned what it means to be a true leader and how they can evolve their approaches with their direct reports to ensure they have the right levels of support to be successful, grow, and feel valued. Some of the topics covered include giving feedback, effective one-on-ones, situational leadership, performance management, inclusive leadership, and more. We look forward to the impact this training program has on our people managers - and the overall company - as we conduct more sessions in the future.
