      Pros

      The people at OneTrust are incredible. From working on a variety of projects across the product offerings, you can tell how passionate people are about their roles. There is a really strong work ethic shared across company and it's motivational to be around people who are consistently going beyond what is expected. The growth opportunities are endless as new initiatives are constantly coming up.

      Cons

      Hours can be long and there are often tight deadlines however this is a product of the companies' success and extraordinary growth-rate which makes it an exciting company to work for. Management seems to be making obvious efforts to improve work-life balance.

      - The product sells itself - Having the potential to travel to clients - The VP of Product is a great guy - Good place for new grads or people with little experience to work very hard without expecting too much in return

      Cons

      - Toxic culture from the top down - You’re expected to abandon your personal life for making sure OneTrust stays in the lead — All while being under-compensated - Equity is frequently mentioned in the recruiting process but very seldom (if at all) distributed - Managers are not trained and for most it’s their first management role
