- Great environment for someone who wants to have a real impact. Management appreciates feedback and proactive individuals who are willing to help the business grow. - Tons of professional opportunities for growth. Anyone who gets involved and shows commitment to growing the business will be given opportunities to evolve professionally. - Opportunities to learn. Tons of training - industry certifications, soft & technical skills trainings. - Very inspiring entrepreneurial experience. Not so often you get to be a part of building such successful company! Great if you are interested in witnessing the growth of a unicorn from the inside. - Supportive management team. You can make a case for pretty much anything that would help you perform better and get support for it. Need a product enhancement, need new marketing material, need new documentation... name it! Top management will also jump on calls for support or answer any emails at unprecedented pace :)

Cons

- Fast-paced - takes a bit of flexibility and resilience sometimes. - Anyone looking for a 9-5 job will be disappointed and won't enjoy OT. But we don't get to be #1 Inc 5000 company by sitting back :)
