      Pros

      - Great career opportunities. We are given chances to grow within the company, including transferring to other roles we might be interested in as opportunities arise internally. - Great team. Very supportive! - Learn from a management team who's built two extremely successful tech companies and take part in the third one, growing at an incredible rate. Great learning opportunity for anyone interested in the tech / startup ecosystem.

      - It can be difficult to keep up with how fast the product is evolving, and it can require some dedication - Very fast growing company, which can be very exciting if you are in the right mindset but also necessarily generates pressure

      You get what you put in

      Pros

      The balance in my particular team is good, churn across sales is high but as per my headline you get what you put in. Product is the best out there (even if that is slightly biased), travelling is exciting, you manage your own desk - i appreciate being accountable.

      Cons

      Touched on it in the pros - churn is high but I believe HR and above are working on outstanding issues. Career development in sales is probably not the best but from what I see outside of sales it's pretty good.

      Pros

      Fruit every Monday. Full autonomy to work on your project. Accountability and career progression opportunities. Multicultural environment. Blake (VP of product) is a really nice guy. Recruiter (Dior) is good, process was fast, and he gives you a clear understanding of what is expected from you. Unfortunately I had to leave for personal reasons but I really liked the people there.
