OneWell is an excellent company to work for. I strongly recommend! Team oriented, always willing to help others establish effective cooperation, all employees are always helpful and friendly. The CEO is definitely a people-centered person and truly cares about his employees and their well-being.

They truly care about quality and are always improving their operations, learning new ways to serve and correcting their mistakes.

Pros

OneWell is a great company to work for. Everyday I feel that I am truly impacting the lives of the IDD population and the community I live in. Work from home option is a plus for some. Management is very flexible and will work with you on any issues that may arise in your work or personal life. The CEO cares a lot about the team and takes time out of his week to meet with every team to ensure everything is running smoothly and there isn't any problems that he has not been informed about. Many opportunities for advancement within the company.

Cons

With current hiring shortages due to COVID-19 it can sometimes be difficult finding someone to work in specific areas.
