Pros

I worked at Smart IT for over two years and really enjoyed it! The facilities were nice, the snacks would good, I loved my coworkers, and I was trained well. The hardest part about leaving was leaving the people. Smart IT does a great job of building teams and helping teammates build relationships. I believe upper management does care about their employees and wants the best for them. I also believe Smart IT wants the best for it consultants! I am grateful for my experience!

The job was as described. I wish the job would been permanent. I really enjoyed the extra pay it provided.

Pros

The job had decent pay and the job I went to has a very nice boss who was very easy to work for and with. I have been a stay at home Mom for a number of years and it gave me much needed job experience for my resume.

Cons

I don't have any particular cons to add here. I had a very positive experience with this company. I just wish my assignment would have lasted longer, or been a permanent assignment.

Nice environment, Owners are kind people that provide a nice work life balance, Good location for drive from all locations in Indianapolis and surrounding areas

Cons

Feedback from submittals can take some time, Account Managers can be out of the office a lot making it difficult for timely contact. Job descriptions can change quickly due to client needs.
