Marlabs Adding Excitement and Opportunity
Pros
Starting to see the benefits and opportunities available from Marlabs acquiring us at the start of the year. Access to new clients, resources, and global capabilities are already present and we haven't fully integrated yet. Very encouraging signs of strong culture, growth, and engaging projects we'll be a part of.
Cons
The big thing here is the Marlabs acquisition. Aside from early integration items around our account mapping and minor speedbumps, there was nothing too disruptive. It looks like alignment plans are in the works and leadership is starting to make us aware of the big picture, but other finer details we'll have to wait and see about. Not much of a Con considering everything appears sensible and with cohesion and standardization in mind.
