      Pros

      Amazing company with the opportunity to develop, grow, advance, and make a lot of money. The key here is that hard work pays off. Medium effort won't get you far, and complaining and having workplace drama or a below par attitude won't fit in well. Great work space including gym and free drinks, snacks, and tons of company sponsored activities. Management is developing and doing a good job of creating ongoing recognition systems from both peers and leadership.

      Cons

      The culture clashes that do occur (which are minimal) are typically caused by low producing contributors, who aren't personally motivated or driven to succeed.

      Pros

      I have had a great experience so far since joining Onebridge. There is a team and family atmosphere here and an entrepreneurial spirit. Plenty of room for career growth and the opportunity to share your voice and ideas. Leadership has an open door and we have programs in place to ensure positive engagement for employees and customers. Positive change is happening here as the company is evolving. Affordable benefits and unlimited vacation is a huge plus. I appreciate also that we are given 21 hours per year off work to volunteer. Overall very positive outlook on Onebridge. My relationship with my manager is strong and I am excited for the years ahead.

      Pros

      Amazing ownership and leadership. Truly care about individuals and the best employees rise to the top. Great office and culture. Endless opportunity for those that want to work hard and enter into a mutually beneficial employer/employee relationship.

      Cons

      It is very hard to please everyone. I believe most individuals have one of the best employment experiences of their careers at SmartIT. However, the unhappy and negative individuals voices sometimes drown out all the positive experiences and the care that the owners put into providing an amazing work environment and growth opportunities for individuals. I hope we can all find personal growth in each employment experience vs. placing blame solely on others.
