They invest more in the gym and equipment than other gyms I've worked at.

Cons

They took over the 24 Hour Fitness where I worked at pretty much downgraded all instructor pay.

Members have a sense of entitlement and are unkind. Don’t really see the human aspect and demands for a solution even if it’s not anyone fault at the front

Constantly being asked to work for free. They don’t even wanna pay you minimum wage to pick up after other people.
