Pros

Many nice people. Very nice boss

Cons

. Unfortunately they will not do anything about employees causing a hostile environment, Tend to ignore it hoping it will go away, There are 2 very very unfriendly and absolutely rude employees that consistently run new people out, Just because someone has worked there for a long time is no reason to let them bully new employees,

Pros

It’s a job, and the coworkers are cool.

Cons

Most under paid trucking company for Toyota. Always late waiting on them to find you a truck to be in. You get paid the same working 14 hours as someone working 8. A guy who has been there 30 plus years makes the same as someone new coming in the door. You are just another driver to fill the seat.

Pros

Home daily no touch freight.

Cons

Pay is on average 200 dollars less a week than other logistic partners for Toyota. Paid day rate of 210 dollars a day no matter how long you work Average time on clock is 10-11 hours You are not paid overtime when you are required to work a mandatory Saturday You are not paid for the 2 weeks that Toyota shuts down a year. so you are expected to either take your vacation time then, or just miss out on 2 weeks of pay a year. Benefits are tragically bad. I have asked around and have heard nothing but "I've never seen benefits this bad before" Dispatch quality is hit or miss, but one thing I can say for certain. They do not care about your time or HoS. all they want is freight from point A to point B and that's it. Most suppliers you pick freight up from are attentive and will get you loaded quick. But there are suppliers who will make you wait hours to get loaded, and with the aforementioned day rate pay, you are wasting 2+ hours doing nothing for no extra money. The truck yard is in horrible condition with huge divots in the gravel where not only personal vehicles, but also tractors will get stuck and you have to rock the vehicle in hopes to get out. The driver lounge is grungy and gross The driver bathroom reeks. The entire shop building is in horrible condition The mechanics are demotivated due to poor pay and working conditions. It takes forever to get any work done on a truck if it isn't critical. Any work that is needed on a truck or trailer can take hours which again doesn't change your pay. You are expected to wash and clean and refill fluids in your truck on your own time. You are only allowed to get fuel at Pilot/flying J so you have to plan your trips and your fuel around where the nearest one is. which often enough can be out of the way. The trucks are in a variety of conditions. between "it's an okay truck" and "my truck broke down again today" All the trailers are in horrible condition. rusted, banged up, jagged pieces of metal sticking out of the sides, tandems being able to slide is hit or miss. repairs on trailers are done mostly with a hammer, bondo, and caulk. You are expected to slip seat at any time. and may be specifically required to fully slip seat. As well as you have limited control of who you are slip seating with. The samsara tablet you are given to keep track of your HoS and BOL are horrible quality and stop being functional often, so you are required to use your phone and your personal phone data plan instead.
