It’s a job, and the coworkers are cool.

Cons

Most under paid trucking company for Toyota. Always late waiting on them to find you a truck to be in. You get paid the same working 14 hours as someone working 8. A guy who has been there 30 plus years makes the same as someone new coming in the door. You are just another driver to fill the seat.

Will take advantage of low experience and pay you almost nothing Long hours Management so disorganized Dispatch is useless and wants you to do their job for them Expects top tier when they’re giving you nothing Filthy trucks No pay advancement, nothing
