      Poor communication and no loyalty to employees. You're often left in the dark on company decisions. Needs better upper management training.

      Some of the staff were nice that were NOT on the HR Team.

      Cons

      Recruitment is like a forever revolving door. Hardly anybody stays long term. Bully culture. No training in place, you have to train yourself. No professionalism. Nothing is handled in a professional manner. Avoid this company at all costs. Many people would agree.
