Pros
Onnec was a great place to work. The best thing of working there was the flexibility. The company truly understands the importance of work-life balance, offering flexible hours and the ability to work remotely when necessary, which was invaluable to me. Also, the team is incredibly supportive and collaborative, the work environment was always very welcoming and friendly.
Cons
The challenge was the uncertainty surrounding future projects. There were times when it was unclear whether new projects would come through, which made it difficult to feel secure in the role long-term.
