Pros

CEO and team manager are the type of bosses that lead instead of micromanage. It’s been a privilege to work with them and learn by example.

Cons

It's a small company so sometimes it's hard to see room to grow career-wise but as time goes by and the company slowly grows, more and more opportunities arise.

Nice work environment, good snacks and free beers on Friday night sometimes.

Cons

The management was like a mess, sometimes they would give you tons of work sometimes you just have no clue what to do and sit there all day but you can't leave early if you aren't foreigner. The leaders barely care about employees' careers And if you don't have american accent you won't be able to have any performance in the office. :(
