Over the past year healthcare benefits have improved, including plan design, HSA seed money, increased 401k match, unlimited vacation time off, and floating holidays, and we have a common March 1 date for compensation increases, with significant overall % increases for our top performers.       Pros

      Nicest people, beautiful office and environment, made to feel worthwhile and praised often for a good job.

      Cons

      Some policies need to be put into place, but that is a WIP. Compensation for my particular position could be better.
