The company is a good place to start and lots of new skills will be learned quickly.

Cons

Management doesn't care about their employees and minimizes their contributions. Management is egotistical, narcissistic, and favorites get credit regardless of who actually did the work. No loyalty to past accomplishments and dispite all their talk they get senior people to train new hires(lower paid) and then boot the senior employees out

Group lead is incredible on a personal level. Fun environment.

Cons

Lots of drama. lack of management skills and management action. Do not get paid for the work you do. perform tasks above your job description and you do not get compensated for the work.
