Pros

Office and location are good.

Cons

Ridiculous amounts of overtime. There is absolutely no work/life balance and management does not care. The culture is very bad and I would not recommend Montrose to anyone.

I am sorry to hear about your feedfack here at Montrose. Our work is important - to our employees, our clients and our communities and we recognize that with that comes the need to devote additional hours (and sometimes a lot of it) to satisfy our customer demands and to contribute to a safer and healthier environment. This is one of the reasons we chose to move to more progressive time off benefits years ago. I will commit to ensuring candidates are aware of this at the time of interview. Please feel free to contact me at hrcorp@montrose-env.com to discuss your points in greater detail. Kevin Gill - SVP, Human Resources.

Our work impacts not only our clients but also our communities. Both put their trust in our teams to ensure they are kept safe and healthy. Customer and community demands, particularly in peak season, result in additional hours. We ensure new hire candidates know of these customer demands during the interview process, because overtime is part of the job. If such communication did not happen with you, I apologize and will commit to doubling our efforts in communicating such overtime requirements during our the interview process.

Great circus act

Pros

Boosted up my confidence by working along side dumb and dumber. Job is to easy requiring no education or communication skills. You can also date anyone within the company without any consequences.

Cons

Company makes promises to employees in which will never become reality. Basically everyone is related to each other in some way, so you have to watch yourself if you not the same blood type. Higher ups sit around and do nothing, except talk about things they are going to take credit for that someone below them did. They also do not know what is really going on outside of their office. They could care less as soon as they see the $ coming in. They will send a circus act to the client and lie about the quality of work they are about to receive instead of sending the right people for the job.
