      Paid travel, Paid time off, Lots of overtime

      Cons

      Lots of overtime, some toxic coworkers, nepotism, mostly underpaid workers. Higher-ups want to pay as little as possible hourly, don't like workers advancing to positions without their approval

      Pros

      This is a great place to learn and grow as a professional, especially as an early career job. The company is large enough that work is consistent, yet small enough that you're given attention and able to learn directly from those above you, which is not possible at larger companies. You have the opportunity to learn and advance. If you are a hard worker and have a good work ethic, they do a good job at putting trust into you and letting you develop individually.

      Benefits are good, PTO is good and the hard working teams you get to work with.

      Cons

      Montrose had a great opportunity to grow and build a great organization. The focus on revenue and the lack of empathy for its people, chaotic processes and systems destroyed any confidence I and many others have in the organization. The arrogance of the CEO and his leadership group is driving all the good people out and replacing them with puppets who dare not question them. HR needs to be independent and support the people who work hard every day to pay their wages.
