      Pros

      Benefits and Personal Time Off policies are better than anywhere I have ever worked. Very young company experiencing rapid growth; along with that comes career opportunities based on an individuals motivation and desire to advance. Every day brings new challenges and every project is different. Good job for someone with a strong technical aptitude, who may enjoy interfacing with clients and something different every day and enjoys the opportunity to work freely with little immediate oversight.

      Cons

      Quite a bit of travel; a lot of overtime; unpredictable schedules; long days in the field. Because Montrose is a new and developing company, many processes and policies are in continuous development. For the most part - the company listens to the feedback from employees - and strives to create the best working environment possible with the limitations of the job/environment requirements.
