Pros

I've been working here for 3 years. Like other companies, if you're not a contributor, you'll not get advancement. Don't be fooled by the negative reviews from those who are not star performers. If you see things that are not right, say something and the management will take care of them. Everybody is working hard.

Work is consistent, Busy and flexible with hours

Cons

Low pay, lack for employee happiness/welfare, cliquish environment. It is almost like working a job where everyone is a high schooler. Not much care for employee happiness across the board. Special treatment for employees that they like. Very high turnover in hourly positions, there are interviews all the time. It is a decent stepping stone, but not a great place to work if you value your sanity, fair pay, and growth.
