      Pros

      - Flexible schedule and generous PTO policy helps offset significant field time - Relatable & accessible senior management - Travel the world! Or at least the regional rural industrial sights. - Career advancement opportunity is ample, if you apply yourself in the proper direction and realize fieldwork is the primary and necessary step to everything else

      Cons

      - Field schedule can be demanding, not for everyone - Increased rigidity of policies with increasing size, public status (could also be a pro depending on outlook) - Availability and quality of training/mentoring varies among offices
