      lots of travel, low pay, bonuses/incentives are only good for some but not others, hard to tell what direction the company is moving in.

      Still having growing pains....

      Pros

      I like our job. We travel a lot and if you're single or enjoy traveling.... It's awesome. Because of the travel we get a ton of time off as in 20 days PTO and 7 days of sick time every year. SO LONG AS YOU WORK IN THE FIELD. If you work in the office.... You get normal PTO. Transferring to other offices is generally simple and easy to make happen. The culture in the office is laid back and fellow employees are easy to get along with.

      Cons

      We travel a lot. Glass door says we're under paid. Corporate does some whacky things that don't make sense to people that work in the field. Constantly changing insurance plans, making pay dates complicated, changing programs for expenses and time cards all while expecting to get people trained on new programs without proper training.

      Great company for fresh grads looking for a start in the environmental world. Good people and culture.

      Cons

      Low wages and minimal growth, however, that might change as the firm is growing larger
