Pros

The work is steady the techs are mostly pretty good. Flexible hours. Most people keep to themselves

Cons

Management is poor there is always a disconnect. How about giving some management before complaining about what you dont like. Since the take over its always about profit from what I see executive leadership are more bullies than managers

Horrible Company

Pros

You get to meet clients for future job opportunities.

Cons

This company is a real joke. There is no professionalism, no ethics, no values!!! The company is ran by managers who hire family members into opened positions which leaves no room for growth!! The pay is a joke, unless you are a family member, then you get the big bucks! They offer such horrible job training for new employees. They want you to take on more responsibilities for the same pay! The pay is not based on experience, they push to get your modules and field evaluations done but once complete they don't compensate you for advancing. There is no yearly reviews to determine your performance and how much you know because once again THE TRAINING IS HORRIBLE!! The morale of the Santa Ana office is so low H2S sits higher. Management believes and I quote "as long as The Core sticks together everyone else is expendable." I wonder whos part of "The Core." The pay scale is so off balance from the range of 14 to 32 an hour and all for the same job and responsibilities. Those who are unfortunate to start off at such low rate have to have 2nd jobs just to make ends meat. I really wish they'll compensate those who really deserve it and take on leases to make sure they meet the quarter. As for those who make the big bucks take a look at their pay rate and their responsibilities and you'll find out that someone with a low base pay rate and responsibilities aren't too far off!!

Onterris Response
8y
The Santa Ana management team has listened to the feedback provided by employees during the recent Employee Engagement Survey, and has implemented changes based on this feedback. We understand that it is important to the organization that performance reviews take place, which is why we have committed to doing annual, formal reviews since 2015. We will continue to listen and respond to employee feedback, and make changes as we feel necessary. Thank you for taking the time to provide us with this feedback.

If you need employment.....

Pros

Not much great to say. Certain colleagues were great and helpful.

Cons

Unreasonable expectations for some employees, almost zero expectations from others. If you're one of the "golden" employees, you can badger, talk down to, and say anything you want to anyone and be held in high regard. If you're not, you'll know quickly, and you'll want out faster than you can imagine. Surprising that so many of the employees have stayed this long. Especially after reducing everyone's pay by 10%. When you're barely making enough to live in the RTP area, losing 10% of your pay doesn't exactly instill motivation to work 6-7 days per week to ensure on time project submission. Especially when you'll be berated by "sales" regularly, even when putting in maximum effort. Certain restrictions on when (some) employees can take time (that they've earned) off. If you're in the right circle, you're allowed to take a week or more at a time, if you're not, good luck taking 3 or more consecutive days off. Another strange double standard...
