Unreasonable expectations for some employees, almost zero expectations from others. If you're one of the "golden" employees, you can badger, talk down to, and say anything you want to anyone and be held in high regard. If you're not, you'll know quickly, and you'll want out faster than you can imagine.
Surprising that so many of the employees have stayed this long. Especially after reducing everyone's pay by 10%. When you're barely making enough to live in the RTP area, losing 10% of your pay doesn't exactly instill motivation to work 6-7 days per week to ensure on time project submission. Especially when you'll be berated by "sales" regularly, even when putting in maximum effort.
Certain restrictions on when (some) employees can take time (that they've earned) off. If you're in the right circle, you're allowed to take a week or more at a time, if you're not, good luck taking 3 or more consecutive days off. Another strange double standard...
