Weak leadership, disorganization, distrust between departments, heavy focus on m&a, top-heavy, "everything is an emergency" culture, slashes benefits even after posting record profits, old boys' club, high reluctance to make necessary investments

Being part of a ton of acquired companies there are definitely some growing pains and integration challenges that are being worked through.
