work outdoors, little micro-management from sups, combined office and outdoor work, benefits and decent pay for an entry level position in the environmental field.

Cons

no management from supervisors means no-one to witness and correct employee behavior, outdoor work in nearly all weather conditions, culture makes doing job correctly impossible while cooperating with team, company takes little interest in developing employee credentials and seems disinterested in retention
