Salary for position was good. Office support and field coworkers were fantastic. Good benefits.

Cons

Very poor top corporate management team. No long term company revenue plans. No knowledgeable environmental engineering professionals on top management team. Questionable bonus system.

Not a lot of work for entry level besides fieldwork. Pressure to be billable despite lack of work from management.
