Direction and change happen a lot because I believe the business is trying new models and haven't found their exact identity yet.

This company is made up of many smaller groups, so it is impossible to give an overarching review of the company. For my particular small group, I have enjoyed not being micromanaged and travelling.

Cons

In my group, the situation can be quite chaotic as we are growing quite quickly.
