Lots of growth and you get to travel. Desk time and field time keep you from getting bored.

Cons

Can have to work weekends when on client site for that long.

Without a doubt - the nicest and brightest people I have ever had the pleasure to work with. The work was interesting, The respect is real. None of the typical politics that I have experienced. The company really does make an impact, and they are the best of the best.

Cons

The acquisition changed things. For some positions it was for the better. for some, not so much.

LDAR FPMs help you more than anyone. 401k Travel vehicles

Cons

Vehicle cameras used for micromanaging and harassment. No hazard pay and regular pay is below market. Employees disgruntled and leaving at high rate
