Phenomenal co-workers and opportunities to advance in the company. Fair and comparable compensation as well.

Cons

Not too bad on work life balance, but there are the occasional long work days out in the field.

Cons

Poor pay and lack of opportunity for upward mobility within the company. PMs and management positions seem to always be outside hires, rather than promoting technicians and analysts that often have 4 year stem degrees and years of experience at the company.
