Pros
Some smart coworkers, interesting projects,
Cons
The administrative state comes to a publicly traded corporation. You would think that by now, a company that is on a mission to aggregate as many small environmental consulting companies as possible, has it "figured out." But nope -- rules change daily, administrative staff grows exponentially, and the professional staff is beaten until their attitudes improve. They are big, and by necessity, an incredibly average employer in the environmental market. The managing C-suite folks have no experience in the environmental consulting space, and their performance incentive plans are mythical. Are you clever, and want to work with great staff? Go somewhere else.
