      Good place to start, with mentorship available and a cool variety of work - trouble with incentive structure

      Pros

      Benefits are solid, compensation is on par with competition as I asked around, success is largely based on your individual team. I have a great team, so my day to day has been good. Mentorship opportunities are available.

      Cons

      HR faces an uphill battle with integration as we continue to buy more companies. Cross selling and vertical integration is a challenge with such a high growth company. Incentive structures for individuals and teams lead to less collaboration rather than more between teams. Overall, many of the cons can be chalked up to growing pains and a misunderstanding of appropriate incentive structures.
