A Food Lion free for all grab breakfast is provided on Fridays. Among the enjoyment was moldy produce. The people who work there are hardly motivated to do their jobs.

Cons

People much everything about this job. The entire operation runs without any real communication. The senior level managers are a joke

Great place to start a career. Lots of opportunity to move into new positions and learn new things. Fast pace. Fun and quirky culture with great company mission.

Cons

Disconnect between corporate management and local teams. Little to no training for managers. Poor communication throughout, low pay.

This is a great place to learn and grow as a professional, especially as an early career job. The company is large enough that work is consistent, yet small enough that you're given attention and able to learn directly from those above you, which is not possible at larger companies. You have the opportunity to learn and advance. If you are a hard worker and have a good work ethic, they do a good job at putting trust into you and letting you develop individually.

Pay is not overly abundant.
