Pros

-Provides good opportunities for movement in different departments -people are welcoming and fairly connected between departments -yearly raises based off performance -frequent free food and snacks -while some complain, the pay is good compared to other labs for the role

Cons

-high level management from the parent company is completely out of touch and makes your life harder -sample volume is never communicated and can severely increase work to analyst and techs detriment -when understaffed you will have to bare it while getting little support -Egos in the lab run rampant making it feel like a high school
