I love my team and managers, they are so understanding and supportive. They have been patient with my several doctor appointments and provided me with resources so I dont feel alone. My previous job made me feel guilty whenever I took time off.

Terrible treatment of employees, very cliquey, and favoritism. After leaving the company for another lab job, I realized the quality of work done at Enthalpy was awful in comparison to where I currently work. I am a much better scientist after leaving, and some of the things I’ve seen at Enthalpy were laughable. Also, safety was not a priority here. Let’s just say I was definitely impacted health wise by some things that happened during my time at Enthalpy, and managers did not care about concerns that were brought up.
