      great people, passionate and kind, no drama here at all which i love

      Cons

      they ask for overtime every day and weekends and on our days off. you can say no but I've gotten weird looks from coworkers whenever I leave on time and it feels tense. I hate OT and i dont have the bandwidth for it, I shouldnt have to feel like a bad coworker for leaving on my scheduled time off.

      I learned a lot of skills, both practical and technical. requires a lot of CAD skills as you will be designing tooling to help the manufacturing line
