This is a great place to learn the challenges of PM roles and to engage in some truly challenging PM-type work. There is seldom a dull day at Ontic.

Cons

The business model still feels untested and at times it is as if everyone from the C-suite down is running with scissors. Transferring product lines for products that are several decades old means the techs and engineers are likely not willing to transition--if they are even still around. It is a truly challenging business model.
