They have pretty good benefits and an updated facility.

Cons

They don't have enough training to set employees up for success. Seems like they just keep throwing different employees and managers at a problem to see if it will help. They tend to stay behind on production for their contracts while still accepting new contracts. Compensation is low across the board compared to market comp.

Ask to do a lot of overtime even on your day off almost every Saturday and Friday we had off they would ask for us to come in.
