Pros

Fantastic company, with a great outlook. Treats employees well and has great soft benefits, with thought to the employees. Good free coffee. Cakes at every all hands and a enjoyable company events.

Cons

Growing too quickly with eyes on Profit rather than getting everything right. Processes need major updates to help it grow from a smaller company into a bigger one… Too much loaded onto existing resource, rather than getting correct levels of staff with the desired experience in ahead of each acquisition, it’s dealt with retrospectively. Putting a large burden on others to carry that extra workload in the interim. This also means there is less bandwidth to address those process issues from those experienced enough to know the shortfalls.
