More Victorian workhouse than modern, agile business. Bullying tolerated Everyone is a department head/director regardless of skill & experience. Poor attitude to stress & mental health - was once told by HR ‘we’re not a charity’ when off sick A lot of people are leaving Ineptitude tolerated rather than confronted Leadership team simply waiting for their new owners to pay them off and show them the door If you favour a 1970’s factory foreman environment, this is the place for you. If you have actual skills and experience to modernise the place, best choose somewhere else.

Great leadership team, relaxed work environment, enjoyable work and everyone is always willing to help when needed. The offices are fantastic and they have a great mix of programmes. Very free to work in your own style as well.

Cons

Poor flexible working / poor flexitime.
