Pros

The Production Management are caring and Genuine in their approach. Very good bonus scheme. Good Career progression with the right approach. Good benefits Scheme.

Cons

Poor Approach with Quality of raw materials and specification. Support Function departments don't know what they are doing and seem to actively work against the production management. Logistics is very poor. There seems to be no urgency with the firm.
