Opportunity to work on a niche product with global exposure and collaboration across locations. The Director of QA is driving positive change by introducing new processes and motivating the team. The US management team is approachable and genuinely addresses the India team’s concerns. Overall, a good place for professional growth and learning.
Cons
The company is in a transformation phase, which may feel challenging for some new joiners in India. The culture is still somewhat Dev/Engineering-driven, but with the new QA leadership, improvements are already underway and the outlook is positive.
